Sam Jinks

He has an amazing eye for realistic detail. I read an interview with Sam Jinks on Australian Edge.
Australian Edge is an independent site maintained by Clayton West and Tey Vandenberg, with site development by Alex at Prettier Pixels.
Sam Jinks is hyperrealist sculptor based out of Melbourne, Australia. He uses mostly silicon.

The article discusses how he got into this line of work.
It went something like this:
He always loved sculpturealism.
He first got into Puppets and Props from TV ads
Then he went to the movies and stayed working there for a few years
NOw he has been working for the past two years on new pieces for his new show that will be up next year.
